Jacqueline K. Goins is a Human Resource professional with over 15 years experience in the field. Jacqueline holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Haven. She has achieved the designations of SHRM-CP and CPSP (Certified Plan Sponsor Professional).
Having a solid knowledge base and foundation in the areas of recruitment, payroll, benefits, on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations, policy & procedures, employee investigations, the creation of employee handbook(s) and 401K administration will allow me to assist you and your organization achieve your HR initiatives.
Jacqueline has acted in the capacity as advisor to Senior Management on issues related to employee discipline and employment; ensuring there is consistency in the application of the organization’s policies & procedures. She also develops plans and evaluates current personnel practices, policies and procedures in an effort to provide information and recommendations on the administrative requirements needed to meet your organizations goals and objectives.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading or catching a show at the comedy club or in the theater.
